Warzone is dying, here are 5 ways to bring him back from the dead

Battle royal (plural battles royal, also royale) traditionally refers to a battle including lots of contenders that is dealt with until just one boxer remains standing, usually carried out under either boxing or wrestling regulations. In recent times, the term has been made use of in a more general sense to describe any kind of fight entailing big numbers of individuals that are not arranged right into intrigues. Within fight sporting activities as well as expert wrestling, the term has a particular definition, relying on the sports being gone over. Outdoors sporting activities, the term battle royale has tackled a new significance in the 21st century, redefined by Motion Tatamis 1999 Japanese dystopian novel Battle Royale and its 2000 film adaptation of the exact same name. This brand-new meaning of battle royale describes a fictional narrative style and/or mode of enjoyment inspired by the film, likewise recognized as fatality video games and also eliminating video games, where a select team of people are advised to eliminate one another up until there is a triumphant survivor.

Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War has recently been launched and has since received a decent welcome. Our review noted that the campaign was a bit hasty and superficial. The multiplayer remained faithful to a relatively simple approach — even losing some impressive innovations introduced by Modern Warfare last year. Zombies returns, perfect for hardcore prose who love the right challenges, but not so perfect for the rest of us who can not usually last beyond the tenth round. Finally, there is War zone who... Well, its exactly the same as War zone last year. We are pretty sure that the different development teams of Call of Duty work hard on the new content for War zone, but what will it look like? While waiting patiently, we thought it would be better to draw up a small wish list of what we would like to see in the next War zone.

Its time to dive into a brand-new battlefield. Although we enjoyed the Verdant variety, there was something special in the Blackout card that brought so many emblematic places like the shooting field, Nuke town and Hijacked. Thats why we want the new War zone card to present a previous Black Ops multiplayer cards in a vast world. For starters, we think we need a snowy area with WMD, Summit and Ice Breaker locations. Then we need a large urban area with key areas of slums, Havana and Cracked. Finally, we need truly emblematic monuments to do good, such as aquarium, zoo and stadium.

As good as a map or play it again and again for a full year can become a bit boring. Thus, in addition to a whole new War zone card, we suggest them to bring the card Blackout, Alcatraz and Verdant from the previous royal battle efforts of Call of Duty. All three would need a small facelift; Some new places and perhaps new secrets would be great. But, having a total of four War zone cards to go would certainly be very helpful to encourage players to stay in War zone. Since War zone seems to be an autonomous and free title in the future, they could just as well make the best royal battle available.

For some, playing a Royal Solo or Team battle is everything they need. You get a life, and if you die, youre done. For the rest of us, we could use a little variety. War zone has presented new amusing variants from the Royal Battle, including the very popular plunder mode. Our suggestion is to reduce plunder in addition to developing new creative modes to entertain fans. Maybe a royal battle mode with only melee weapons? Or maybe a huge tag game, where instead of killing you, you play a huge game of Freeze Tag or Zombie Tag. It is not necessary for it to be permanent meetings in War zone, there is nothing wrong with experiencing some ideas for a short time. If they are popular, keep them, otherwise, throw them away. Finally, its time to include hardcore mode in Royal Battle. HUD limited, minimal health, no Kill Cams — Pure, Hardcore, Mayhem.

We advocate the inclusion of a team of five players for some time now, but our requests have remained unanswered. So, we can just as much attempt another chance. We have solos, duets, trios and quads — climb the bar once again and present teams of five. Why five? Honestly, we just think it would change the strategy. We think there would be fewer tête-à-tête commitments and more battles between squads. It would be nice to test it and see how it feels.

We perfectly understand the interest of the crossed game. This is something we have been advocating for years before it becomes cool. Unfortunately, with the crossed game, PC players and console players played together. There are two very good reasons why players on console and PC players should be separated. On the one hand, PC players usually use the mouse and keyboard combination, which gives them a clearly higher level of precision than that of the console player controller. Secondly, PC players are more likely to use various tips, hacks and exploits. These problems have spread in War zone earlier this year and unfortunately seem to be a problem sometimes. No, all PC players are not slaughter that cheat. But it is much less likely that a console player can use third-party software to create an advantage. Thats why we think players should be allowed to choose if they want to play in cross-play only with other players on console or with everyone. If that means we may have to wait a few more minutes for a match against console players, no problem, we will wait.

And this concludes our War zone Wish List. So far, there is no word about the fact that we could see changes in the existing war zone, but we imagine that we will hear something within a month or two. Will we be able to scratch some elements from our War zone wish list? I hope. Until then, we will see you on the battlefield.
